SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Our policy lasts 14 days from the date of delivery. If you do not contact our support team to initiate a return within the required time frame, unfortunately we will be unable to offer you a refund or exchange. Contact our support team at [email protected] or via our live chat support.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Packages should contain the following:
Original packaging (Including all manuals, boxes, packaging, tags, labels, and any other items sent with the product).
The return must be complete and include all accessories, parts, and other items sent to you from Onecsn.
Valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from OneCSN.com. This form will be sent to you when you contact our support team to initiate your return. The RMA number must be written on the outside of the package that the product is being shipped in. Unfortunately, packages returned without an RMA number will not be accepted, and will be sent back to you at your cost.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
- Please do not send your purchase back without first contacting our support team as we ship from several locations around the world and your purchase will have to be directed to the correct channel.
- There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Books with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
- Except as provided for verified defective products, you will be responsible for all shipping charges for returns sent to us.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the refund status.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [email protected]. Our team works hard to respond to messages within an hour of receipt.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items and grouped specials cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and we will direct you as to where to send your return.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift store credit for the value of your return via email. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be e-mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to their address, a refund will be made to the original purchaser.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping, and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. In the case of a verified defective product, no restocking fee will apply and shipping will be paid by Onecsn.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
When shipping your returns, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We can ship to almost any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. It is your responsibility to know which items cannot be shipped to your country.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items. Dates and estimates will vary depending on where the purchase is being shipped to. Please refer to our rate chart for shipping rates.
Please note that the shipping rates for any items we sell are weight-based. In some instances, shipping will be charged based on volume. The weights of items can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, weights will be rounded up to the next full pound when shipping.
*RMA numbers are important to both the merchant and customer as this number tells the merchant that a return is being made and offers protection against fraudulent returns. The customer can use the RMA number to inquire on the progress of a return. For example, if the customer hasn’t received any information about the return, the customer can call the merchant and use the RMA number as a reference.
