The company may charge you fees for goods and services offered for sale on or through the Website with the prices stated on this website as the final price for any product. You agree to pay all fees and charges, including applicable taxes, surcharges, restocking or cancellation fees incurred through your activity on or through the Website, and/or through your Account at the prices listed on the Website and all taxes imposed by any governmental authority. Unless otherwise specified on the Website, all prices will be quoted and charged in U.S. Dollars and prices stated on the website are final and binding regardless of any other pricing or data source. We reserve the right to change the amount of or the basis for determining any prices and to institute new fees and costs effective upon publication of such revised pricing policies on the Website.
Payment will not be taken from the consumers Credit card until all goods ordered are in stock and ready for dispatch. The contract will be deemed as active once payment has been received by the company. Coupons may be used up to the date of expiration. To redeem coupon code, enter the code into the area provided during checkout. Coupons must be redeemed at the time order is submitted.
Under this agreement, the payment processing service for goods and/or services purchased on this website are provided by PayPal. American Express, Discover, Mastercard, PayPal, and Visa are acceptable forms of payment.
7.a Stock Status
Our company will attempt to timely update the status flags showing whether an item becomes unavailable or is discontinued. However, we cannot guarantee that the goods and services advertised on the Website will be available when ordered and insufficient quantities may be available. Where an item is out of stock, our sales team will notify you and cancel the order or to offer other available options such as substitute items or refunding the payment. When the item becomes available it will be your responsibility to re-place the order at your convenience. For orders with more than one item, any in stock items will be shipped, you will be notified, and the out of stock items will be canceled. Any payments made for out of stock items will be will be credited. OneCSN is not responsible for order delays caused by out of stock items.
7.b Misprints, Abuse
OneCSN does not warrant that the Website, including without limitation product descriptions, photographs of products, and prices are accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free; and we reserve the right to cancel, to terminate or not to process orders (including accepted orders) where the price or other material information on this site is inaccurate or when we recognize abuse of our policies.
We are not responsible for any typographical errors or inaccuracies set forth in this website. The information, prices, and discounts set forth herein are subject to change without notice.
The consumer will be given an estimated date of dispatch when placing orders. If these dates are exceeded, the company will endeavor to keep the consumer informed of the delay and an expected new delivery date. All orders will be shipped by OneCSN from one of its origin locations. The selection of the warehouse is at our sole discretion although efforts will be made to use the closest possible warehouse to the delivery address subject to stock availability. OneCSN may use USPS, FedEx, or UPS for shipping with such determination at our discretion.
Onecsn will undertake shipping of products using a domestic or international carrier of its choosing. Rates may vary on any given order due to over-weight, over-size, out of area shipping as well as duties/customs charges and whilst every reasonable effort shall be made to keep to any delivery date, time of delivery shall not be of the essence and the company shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the consumer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date. The risk in the goods shall pass from the company to the consumer upon delivery of such goods to the consumer.
Under no circumstances shall the company be responsible for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
12. Force Majeure
The seller will not be under any liability whatsoever in the event that the seller is prevented or delayed from supplying or making delivery of any goods by any reason or cause beyond the seller’s control. These events include acts of God, civil commotion, riots, flood, drought, fire, legislation or any acts by third party companies or individuals not either under contract to or employed by the seller.
13. Cancelling an Order
13 a. Cancellation of Order – Prior to dispatch by the company

13 b. Cancellation of Order– After dispatch
Consumers may return specified goods without reason up to 7 days after receipt for a refund. This excludes goods made to the consumer’s specifications. It does not apply to goods intended for everyday consumption, Food and other perishable items, Personal hygiene products, Health care products, Video recordings, computer software unsealed by the consumer and processors/CPU’s where packaging has been opened are also excluded. The cost of returning and appropriately insuring the goods until satisfactory receipt at the company, and a 15% restocking fee will be borne by the consumer.
Food and other perishable items are not returnable and are non-refundable unless the item is out of date on the date of arrival or the wrong item was shipped. Please contact our customer service team at [email protected] for return and credit instructions.
The consumer must, within fourteen (7) days of receipt of the goods, contact the Customer Services department either:
The consumer will be required to return the goods to the company before a refund can be processed. The consumer will be issued a Product Return Number (RMA) number for use in returning the item. OneCSNLLC cannot be held responsible for any goods returned without first obtaining an RMA number. The goods remain the property of the consumer until received on premises at the company. Any delivery refunds will be at the most cost effective pricing for that item and will not cover enhanced delivery, additional or excess charges. 14. Damages, Shortages and Incorrect Goods
To expedite your redress, we recommend the consumer report any damage, shortage or incorrect goods to the company within seven (3) days of delivery either:

Please note, email contact is subject to potential delay(s) and for expediency, we recommend contacting us via Live Chat. Provided prompt notice of transit damage or loss is given and provided, it is proved to the company’s satisfaction that such damage occurred in transit but not otherwise, the company will refund, repair or replace such equipment free of charge to the consumer. If any goods appear visually or otherwise damaged at the point of delivery to the consumer, the consumer should either sign for the goods as damaged or unchecked, or reject the goods for return to the company/supplier by the courier. In either instance, the consumer should contact Customer Services as soon as possible, within the aforementioned seven (7) working day period. All products returned to us must be as complete, including accessories and original packaging as received.

Each account holder has the ability to register their account to access account management features such as checking order histories or leaving product reviews. Access to these features requires a password. It is the user’s responsibility to create a strong password; keep their password confidential and change their password if they believe it has been revealed to a third party.
16. Ratings and Reviews
Customers are eligible to submit a product rating and review for display on the website provided they have had at least one shipped order and have registered their account to access the account management features of this website.
Onecsn.com reserves the right to reject, edit or remove any content at our sole discretion.

The user agrees to indemnify and hold onecsn.com harmless from all claims, demands and damages brought by a third party against onecsn.com that arise as a result of content and materials supplied by the user.

Although OneCSN has taken reasonable precautions to prevent the unauthorized access and alterations of the Website, no system on the Internet is completely secure. OneCSN has no responsibility for any computer viruses and destructive programs that may be inadvertently downloaded from, or purposely inserted on to the Website.
